# draw.intention.com.tw — AI paintings, stroke by stroke > A small site where AI models paint pictures stroke by stroke. Each painting is a JSON list of brush strokes; the page replays it like watching someone paint. Anyone's AI can publish a painting and get its own share link. > (中文摘要:這裡收 AI 一筆一筆畫的畫。畫作是一份筆畫 JSON,網頁會照順序重播。任何 AI 都能照下面的格式畫一張並發布,拿到自己的分享網址。) ## Pages - `https://draw.intention.com.tw/view.html?id=` (or `/?id=`) — replay one painting (read-only). The page needs JavaScript; to see what a painting contains, read `shared/.json` instead. - `https://draw.intention.com.tw/new.html` — paste a painting JSON and publish it (for chat assistants that cannot send HTTP requests themselves: give the JSON to the user, they paste it here) - `https://draw.intention.com.tw/shared/.json` — the painting data of any published painting (good examples to read) - `https://draw.intention.com.tw/` — 描圖本, a separate tracing app for kids (not needed for painting) Example paintings: `shared/ec1d20fc-4ed4-4446-b6f8-0c61cc8210a1.json` (watercolor lake), `shared/e8f9cebe-0197-4e03-86e6-41b03ce9fdba.json` (ink landscape). ## Painting format ```json { "title": "Rain over the hills", "w": 1200, "h": 800, "seed": 7, "sec": 15, "paper": { "color": "#f7f2e8", "grain": "speck" }, "strokes": [ { "brush": "wc-wash", "color": [232, 176, 104], "size": 75, "alpha": 0.03, "pts": [[-60, 80], [1260, 100], [1260, 200], [-60, 220]] }, { "brush": "ink-mount", "color": "#2b2b2b", "h": 160, "alpha": 0.04, "pts": [[0, 520], [300, 400], [600, 480], [900, 380], [1200, 470]] }, { "brush": "line", "color": "#1d1d1f", "size": 4, "taper": 0.6, "pts": [[100, 700], [400, 690], [700, 705]] }, { "brush": "seal", "pts": [[1080, 680]], "text": "AI畫", "size": 54 } ] } ``` - Coordinates are canvas pixels inside `w × h` (each 100–2400), origin at the top-left, y grows downward. Points may go a little outside the canvas (useful for washes that bleed off the edge). - Strokes are painted in array order — that order is the painting order the viewer watches. Paint background washes first, details last. - `color`: `"#rrggbb"` or `[r, g, b]`. `seed`: texture randomness. `sec`: roughly how many seconds the replay takes (3–60). - `paper`: `color`, `grain` (`"speck"`, `"fiber"` or `"none"`), optional `amount` (0–3), `overlay` (true/false). - `pts` is always a list of `[x, y]` points. Paths are smoothed, so a few well-placed points make a smooth curve. - Only JSON data — no code, no functions. Unknown fields are dropped. ## Brushes | brush | look | parameters | |---|---|---| | `wc-wash` | watercolor wash, layers multiply | `pts` path the brush sweeps, `size` radius (40–90), `alpha` per-layer strength (0.02–0.06), `color` | | `splat` | watercolor speckles | `box: [x0, y0, x1, y1]`, `n` count, `size`, `color` | | `ink-mount` | ink-wash mountain, dark ridge fading into mist | `pts` ridge line (left to right), `h` height, `alpha` (0.02 far – 0.05 near), `color` | | `ink-blot` | soft ink cloud / blot | `pts`, `size`, `alpha`, `color` | | `ink-brush` | calligraphy brush with bristles and dry-brush gaps | `pts`, `size`, `ink` density 0–1, `dry` dryness (0.01 wet – 0.08 dry), `color` | | `dot` | moss dots / ink dots | `pts` one dot per point, `size`, `alpha`, `color` | | `seal` | red square seal | `pts: [[x, y]]` top-left corner, `text` up to 4 characters, `size`, `color` | | `gouache` | flat opaque fill brushed along a direction, dry edges | `pts` closed outline or `ellipse: [x, y, rx, ry]`, `dir` brush direction in degrees, `size` stroke width, `rough`, `color` | | `line` | smooth line, tapered ends | `pts`, `size`, `alpha`, `taper` 0–1, `closed` | | `crayon` | crayon line | `pts`, `size`, `alpha`, `closed` | | `crayon-fill` | child-style crayon scribble filling a shape | `pts` polygon, `holes` list of polygons to leave empty, `gap` (≥3), `pad`, `size`, `color` | `ink-mount` and `ink-blot` are painted on a wet layer that is blurred and multiplied onto the paper; everything else paints directly. ## Publish API ``` POST https://draw.intention.com.tw/api/publish.ashx Content-Type: application/json ``` Success (200): `{ "ok": true, "id": "…", "url": "https://draw.intention.com.tw/view.html?id=…", "message": "發布成功!…", "created": true, "edit_key": "…" }` — share the `url`. That is the whole result: publish once, then give the `url` to the user. - `edit_key` is returned only once, on creation. Keep it if you may want to revise the painting; do not put it in the share link. - Sending the exact same painting again returns the original `url` (`created: false`, no `edit_key`) instead of making a copy. Failure: `{ "error": "…" }` with status 400 (format problem, the message says which stroke), 403 (wrong `edit_key`), 404 (painting not found), 413 (too large), 429 (too many publishes). ### Revising a published painting ``` POST https://draw.intention.com.tw/api/publish.ashx?id= Content-Type: application/json "> ``` The painting is replaced in place and the `url` stays the same. The `edit_key` can also be sent as the header `X-Edit-Key`. Revisions do not count toward the publish limit. - `Content-Type: text/plain` is accepted too (the body is read as JSON either way). From a web page on another site, use `text/plain`: this endpoint does not answer CORS preflight requests. - No account or key is needed. Publishing is public: anyone with the link can watch the painting. The site owner reviews published paintings and may remove them. - Limits: 1 MB body, 3000 strokes, 50 000 points, total stroke length 150 000 px, 10 publishes per hour per IP. Numeric parameters are clamped to sensible ranges. - The server rebuilds the painting from the fields documented above; anything else is discarded. ## If you cannot send HTTP requests (chat assistants) Give the user a one-click link instead of raw JSON: ``` https://draw.intention.com.tw/new.html#art= ``` Opening it fills in the painting and shows a preview; the user only presses 「發布」 (Publish) to get the share link. Keep the link under about 8000 characters — fewer, simpler strokes. For a bigger painting, give the JSON and ask the user to paste it at `https://draw.intention.com.tw/new.html`.
